Why are you less expensive than other companies?
Other companies may charge you for services you will never use, or they charge you for services your own computer and cell phone can do now.  It is VBO’s policy to tailor our services to what you need – not to offer services or options that sound impressive, but are rarely (or never) used.


Do you offer other services such as order taking, scheduling, etc.?

Of course!  We can provide any service you require.  However, we like to know what you need and how you will use our services before we charge you for services you don’t want.


Why don’t you charge extra for phone calls or phone minutes?

You are paying to have us answer your phones.  This is what we do.  Why should we make this complicated?  Most virtual clients do not have unusually high call volumes. 


Why don’t you have several different plans?

One plan is all you probably need.  You are paying to have us answer you phones.  This is what we do. 

The business needs of most virtual clients are quite simple; and most do not have unusually high call volumes.  Why get complicated with “different plans”?  If you require additional services, we can put these in place at a lower cost than our competitors.


Do you provide phone numbers, or can I use an existing number I have?

A local phone number is included in the base price. If you have existing numbers you would like to continue to use, you can forward those to us through your phone carrier.  If you wish us to go a step further and have us take ownership of your current number, there is a one-time $100 porting fee, but this means you no longer need to pay your current provider for that number or the additional fees most charge. If you need a vanity number (example 1-800-YOURCO) there is a one time $100 fee. If you need an international phone/fax number it is $49.95 per month. But yes, we can work with existing numbers or provide you new numbers at no cost.

  • Mail & package receipt, dedicated locking mail box on site in most locations

  • Local presence & drop off & pick up point for clientele
  • Lobby & directory listings available at most locations
  • Access to private day offices & conference rooms at hourly rates (Internet, speaker phones, conferencing)
  • Complimentary access to cyber café’s with wireless internet, coffee/tea bar, etc. where available


Is there a set-up fee?

All of our contracts are on a month to month lease term and we charge a one-time set-up fee of $75.00 plus a refundable $200 deposit to get started.


How does Call Forwarding work?

We forward calls to designated employees or other contacts or phone numbers.  We also include follow-me find-me solutions where our receptionists will call office lines, cell phones, home office lines, etc. until the desired party is reached. There is also schedule based forwarding online, so you have the power to control how, where, and when your calls and messages are forwarded.  It’s a very simple process that our customer service team will customize with you at set-up.


Can I get my numbers now and start services later?

Of course!  Your deposit will secure your telephone numbers (s) and address until you are ready to begin service.  Services can begin immediately!


How soon can I be set-up?

Our set-up is instant. Once you sign up online or call us your number is immediately active and our live team is poised to handle your calls. We get your personalized call flow typically programmed within one hour after receiving it from you.

If you sign up for a virtual office location with mail service, we do require a completed & notarized CMRA mail form before set-up is complete.  After that form is received and submitted, set-up typically takes 48 hours.


How do I pay?

We accept credit and / or debit card payments. We cannot accept check, or cash payments. Our technology is tied to credit card payment.

This also adds an extra level of convenience, because you don’t have to worry about mailing in a check or incurring late fees.  And, of course, you will always get monthly statements sent to you.
